warm-up and cool-down miles were just under 9 min/mile.
Most mileage today was in the 7:45 min/mile range. A couple miles were slower to drink fluids and have a gel.
3 miles (9, 10, and 11) were faster than Marathon pace: 7:14, 7:16, and 7:24.
Felt great, ran in new NB's, but not sure if I'll wear them for the actual marathon. Slight blister just starting on right big toe, but would've gotten a lot worse with just a few more miles ...
