5 mi total on TM at work. 1st two miles were warmup. Quick break. Then, 2 miles that included 20-25 sec strides starting at 8.5 mph, with ~1 min rest intervals, increasing by 0.5 mph each time, with a final stride at 12 mph.
Good stretch afterwards.
Started out stiff this morning (tough weekend: 12 mi OnB, 17.5 mi LR). Did 1 mi at home in 11:15 or so.
