Aerobic/easy, 6.8 mph/2% incline, with 5 x 30 sec Strides near the end portion. HR was nice and low, which is good after a fairly tough Fartlek workout yesterday. Tapering for Saturday, so it's good to see low HR numbers for this effort. Tomorrow is a complete Rest day.
