Really slow and easy today following yesterday's first Interval workout (7 x 1K). My legs were really tired. Wrist-based HR today SEEMED accurate -- the plot looks ok. Avg HR of 120 bpm definitely puts this in the Recovery category. I really want to be rested and ready to go for tomorrow's Interval workout (planned 12 x 400m). I'll try out the Orono HS track for the first time tomorrow.
