Really happy to be hitting these paces on my long run at this point in the cycle. My weekly mileage has been lower than in other cycles, but my strength and speed are better than I remember at similar stages of training. Marathon in 2 months. Interval training began this week (Wednesday 12 x 400m on TM at 6:00 pace). Marathon specific training on "PCR" days like yesterday (9-10 miles at GMP or thereabouts). In a few weeks, my tough weekend workout will be an Out-n-Back Run of about 15 miles at close to GMP. Feel decent about my odds at a sub-3 finish on May 14.
