LMLS, 19 mi easy/aerobic, no SAM.
Schedule change due to baseball yesterday (Saturday).
Tough: 2 days post O&B, and I did 7 easy late yesterday afternoon. Felt good at some points, very tired at others. Tried to keep HR around 135, but it got wonky on return route.
Mini-taper this week for TC 1 Mile on Thursday.
