10.5 mile Aerobic Run on Treadmill. After 1 mile w/u, ramped up from 7.0 to 7.3 mph, and stayed at 7.3 mph for 6 miles before 0.5 mile cooldown. Avg HR for second half of run was about 144 bpm, and the peak was only 150 bpm. So, overall, looking like things are back on track fitness-wise. Also, Piriformis issue is still there, but it is really only noticeable for the first 2 or 3 miles; it becomes almost non-existent after about 5 miles or so. Short stretching session afterwards.
