9 or 10 by 1 min Hard. Some uphill sprinting/hard running. I aimed for 5K pace during the hard efforts; the rest was pretty easy running. I felt really good -- my stride felt quick and light. Yesterday, it felt noticeably slow and heavy.
I followed the run with a 3-min "mountain legs" routine, squats, toe raises, then SAM Phase 2 Hard session.
