LMLS, 7.2 mi easy, w/ 5 x 30 sec Strides, SAM Easy Ph 2.
Cool and low humidity this morning. I kept it easy, but I was surprised at how slow my pace was today (~8:50-ish). By contrast, my 18 mile long run on Saturday felt very comfortable, but my pace was under 8:00 for most of that. And it was HUMID on Saturday. Anyhow, just hoping that I am rested up in time for tomorrow's workout.
