8.5 mi w/u, 9.7 mi at MP effort, 1 mi c/d.
Avg'd ~7:10 pace for MP effort -- Avg HR ~151 bpm (~81% Max HR)
I tried 3 things for the first time ever today:
1. Wore the Stryd foot pod
2. Drank Krampade (2000 mg Potassium)
3. Took 1 SiS Electrolyte Gel right before the MP portion
Stomach was a little upset afterwards, but not really during the run. I had a side-stitch that slowed me down towards the end. I was very fatigued by the end; I didn't think I would last as long as I did at this effort level, so I'm happy with that. 7:10 pace is not quite where I'd like to be, but probably about right for a short, spring training cycle.
