I took it easy today. Rather than 13+ miles at 130 bpm, I ran 11 miles at ~120 bpm. Not a huge difference in miles or in total time running, but it felt very relaxed. My achilles seemed tight at the start, but they warmed up and felt pretty normal about half-way through the run. Tomorrow is a Jog day, so I'll take it easy again (maybe even cut it to 4-5 miles) so that I am ready to go for Friday's Out&Back run. Saturday, I plan to do a slight cut-back, maybe 15 miles or so, something right at the edge of 2:05 or a bit more than that. I'll start alternating long runs like 19-15-19-16-20-16-20-15, etc. to give my legs extra time to recover from the longer runs.
