Strength Workout:
1) Yoga, Bosu, Plyometrics, Core-X, and Myrtl (about 30 minutes), then
2) Elliptical (high resistance) for 25 minutes (~3 miles), then
3) 2.2 miles on Treadmill, with 4 x 400m at 6:00min/mi pace (2.2 mi).
Tough workout, felt good. I intentionally shortened some of the routines to avoid over-doing it.
