Tough workout! At least it's over quickly. Today was first time doing this workout outside (i.e., NOT on treadmill), so pacing was by feel. My plan paces list :19 seconds and :26 seconds for the fast and float intervals, respectively. This correlates to 5:04 pace and 6:56 pace, respectively. My fast portions weren't fast enough, but my floats were pretty close. My floats were slightly longer than my fast legs, not sure if this made it more or less difficult to do the fast legs any faster.
