LMLS, 15 min w/u, then 5 x (8 min ON / 3 min Stdy), 10 min c/d, then SAM Hard.
The lap paces look weird because 8 minutes is long enough to go a little farther than a mile. My splits seem pretty consistent, so that's good. Tough workout, but felt like I ran it well.
