6.0 miles, Hills on TM at work. 2 Full Lydiard Hill circuits: 13% incline for 0.25 mi @5.5 mph, jog, 0% incline for 0.25 mi @8 mph, jog, 3x160m at 9.4/9.5 mph, jog, Then repeat. (After 2 circuits, I ran at 6.8 mph for 1.5 miles at 2% incline, with a 0.25 mi portion at 6% incline. Then jog and walk to c/d.
I did 30# squats and lunges, and some core work this morning before work. I felt pretty tired from the change in my routine. I'll definitely feel this tomorrow during my Long Run.
