Planned Tempo Run: 2.5 miles + 4 mi @ 6:30 pace + 2.5 miles
Ran pretty close to plan -- avg'd 6:33 pace for the 4 miles (probably about 4.2 or 4.3 miles if you add back the time I spent after "stopping" my watch accidentally). Tough workout!
