LMLS, 6.5 miles easy with 6x Strides.

7.5 mph on TM at work felt pretty easy. 9.0 mph for the 30 sec strides -- really taking it easy on my hamstrings.

Hamstrings felt good enough, and lower back issue seems to have improved quite a bit. Fingers crossed.
