LSLM, 15.1 mi Baker Park, goal was to stay under 135 bpm; SAM Easy
First long outdoor run in a few months. Hilly route, tough to keep HR low. However, there were parts where it was easy/quick (131 bpm, 8:15 pace), others where it got harder late in the run (148 bpm, 9:45 pace). Really had to slow down in the last few miles.
It will take some getting used to (keeping HR low).
