Easy 12. HR pretty steady around 130 bpm after the first couple miles.

NOTE: I wore the Hoka Cliftons, but forgot to put in the INSERTS!! It felt loose, but I blamed it on the thin socks I was wearing ... until I got done and took them off. Weird that it didn't bother me more.
