Notes
8 x 800m at 5K pace (1/2 mile in ~ 3:00 min). Started out thinking I should run a bit slower than last week, since I was upping the reps from 6 to 8. However, after the first repeat in 3:07, everything else came in at 3:00 without too much effort. I kept the rest intervals to 3:00 min or pretty close, so this workout was darn close to a full Yasso 800 workout (which I've never done before).
Next week, I'm on the fence as to whether to shift to LT Alternations, or go for a full Yasso workout. I wrote it into the plan as LT, so I should probably stick to it.
