Weird run. Third run post-marathon, 8 days after, and I ran mostly on grass at the park, and I ran 4 or 5 hills (up and down the steep sledding hill), and I really tried to keep the effort easy ... so the paces are really faster than expected. Which means I probably should've slowed down more. The Rincons are a nice shoe, so that may have contributed to the faster paces. Also, I rode my bike 21 miles yesterday, so I'm curious how that factored into today's effort.
