Notes

Did 6 x 3 minutes of Intervals on Bike, and Elliptical, and even a 3:00 build-up to 9.9 mph on treadmill. Hip pain is still there, but minor. Got HR up into the 160's on Bike and Elliptical intervals, did not check on TM.

Today felt good. (My cold seems to be just about over, too.)
