6 x 1000m at 5K pace, 90 sec recoveries. I did 4.2 easy miles on TM this morning, so I did a bit less for w/u and c/d miles this afternoon. Good workout -- tough! Towards the end of the FIRST interval, I was thinking there was no way I could do 5 more! The last one was really tough -- probably tougher mentally than physically, though.
