Really solid with the HR and the paces. With HR around 130 bpm in the last 7 miles, I ran some of my fastest splits:
7:59, 8:03, 8:04, 8:11, and 8:14 during that stretch. Cadence was quick today -- I wore the Green Virratas with over 1200 miles on them, and it caused me to shorten my stride and quicken the cadence. Maybe that's a good thing. Really happy with this, especially following yesterday's 7 miles at 148 bpm (first Tuesday high-end effort).
