Plan -- 5 km total: 6 x 800m in 3:12, ~6:24 pace (1/2 effort), w/ 800m jogs
Actual: 9.7 mph is about a 6:10 min/mile pace (according to treadmill), so this works out to 3:05 for the 800's, which is still near the fast end of the range provided in the plan. I also used a 1.5% incline.
Felt solid today. I was too tired to get up and run this morning, so I slept in a bit (I needed it) and ran at lunch at work. Timing for doing this is good considering that Friday's are my day off anyways (i.e., I don't end up "bunching up" my workouts by delaying my Thursday run. I still get a break until Saturday morning.)
