Did 6 tempo-pace 1200s with 2min jog on a loop that Ryan measured for us. This was a lot of fun, and a true cross country workout with some hills, terrain and mixed dirt/gravel surfaces.I was a bit careful with footing to protect my ankle but everything went fine. We started at about 4:30 and got as low as 4:11, averaging about 4:15 so roughly 5:40 pace for these.
