20 minutes to warm up, 12 x 2 minutes on at 5:40-6:00 w/ 1 minute easy, cooldown to 70 minutes. Felt really solid especially in the first half going uphill. Had to focus a little in the second half but it was still very controlled and could have been faster. I feel like this was a great alternative to something on the track or something flatter. I like the idea of training a little cross country style year round to avoid getting too used to track/flat workouts. Talked to Kyle on the phone through this even a little bit during some of the flat reps which made this run fly by.
