Nice Sunday run in Rocky Woods near Liz's parents' house. Parts were very rocky but it was all pretty fun. It was warmer and more humid than I expected and I definitely felt it so tried to keep it pretty easy. I swear I was running faster than my watch says but probably wasn't. Felt a couple twinges in my left ankle but maybe those came from yesterday's faster run on pavement and running on very uneven surfaces today. I intended to run for 40-45 minutes but took some wrong turns and I feel fine about a little extra.
