Pretty lackluster workout tonight. Probably didn't help that I walked something like 3 miles with Mom before this and we were moving. Not sure how I expected to feel, it just seems like averaging this slow is too slow? Maybe not. Hill workouts always look like crap on paper but leave me feeling great.
10x60s uphill 2 minutes downhill, trying to get a bit further up the hill through the workout. Not sure I achieved that but I think the effort was good. Definitely worked the last 4 reps. Got this from Scott Fauble's Strava.
