Hot and cold / warm and slightly less warm 800s trying to alternate threshold and faster than threshold pace, or 2:50 and 2:35-2:40. Felt a little tired going in so I thought even just 8 reps would be solid but ended up feeling good enough for 10 and I was able to bring the pace down on the hot reps. Part of me felt like this workout was too easy but I probably needed a winnable workout today anyway after going into work for 6am and being very busy today. Looking forward to 2 easy days before Sunday's race.
