For a while now I've wanted to come to these group classes and also see if I could drag dad along. Today I did both for the first time and it was a good time!
Eric started with 2 sets of a core/glute circuit and then moved to strength exercises, usually 4x 15 or 25 reps. We did push-ups, goblet squats, hamstring curls on a yoga ball, squat-curl-to-press. TRX squat rows, and then kneeling chops with a band. 4x15 pushups was brutal, I had to do modified reps and smaller sets and my arms were still trashed for the rest of the class. Everything else was reasonable and pretty fun.
