30s hills with jog down recovery, I think it ended up being 11. Didn't feel super peppy today but that's okay, I still think this was a solid workout. Watch was a little inconsistent so I'm pretty sure I covered more ground than this but that's fine. Achilles has been slightly sore but didn't bother me today at all.
