Short one after SHS' meet (which they crushed!) starting with Jake and Dennis for about 10 minutes then finished up on my own. Tired but legs feel good otherwise.
Some highlights: 1-4 in the mile, Declan, Dennis, Jonathan, Finn. Finn 4:56.6 for first time under 5!!! 1-3 in the 800, Jake Newmark, Niko, Biscotti, all PRs 2:02.4 2:02.8, 2:06.1. Swept the 400m Kyle Tevekelian, Will Jiang, Nathan Larabee (not sure on 2-3 order). 52.8 PR for Kyle!!! Billy Porter ran a big 400m PR as well. Kyle won the 200m in a PR 23.8, love that MD is slowly taking over the sprints since we make up most of the 4x400m relay and now Kyle has been competitive in the 200m two meets in a row. Track is so much fun.
