60 minutes with an average heart rate around 150, so pretty solid effort. Felt pretty good, no ankle issues. Spent 2 5 minute periods doing 2 steps at a time just to break it up a bit, that was significantly tougher. Using no hand rail at all for parts of it made it take some focus too. If I can manage to do this most days without getting super bored I should be pretty fit when I get back to running.
