15 minutes easy warmup HR around 130, 10x60s quick at lvl 16 (not sure on steps/min) w/60s easy, 11 minute cooldown easy. Felt good doing this, just wanted to turn the legs over during a slightly shorter workout. I'm hoping to run in the race Sunday but probably won't, it just doesn't seem smart at this point. If I could run completely pain-free and pain-free the next day I would probably go for it but I just don't think I'm there yet and don't want to take any steps backward.
