Kindof just junk miles but that's okay this week. I ran with group 4 (Thomas, Ruthvick, Raghav, Suraj, Varrun, Seamus, Hampton). Their workout today was 1 mile warmup, 6x300m, 1 mile cooldown. My plan was to run the 300s with the back of the group but it ended up making a lot more sense for me to time them since some didn't have watches and even more sense to start them on 10s staggers so none of them had to wear masks. Unorthodox but very effective. I ended up basically doing easy strides from home plate to the corner of the soccer field and standing around for about 10 minutes total between their reps. Not the running I expected or really wanted today but this made practice so much better for them and I did some biking on either side so I'm cool with it.
