Notes

CMPT class but Eric is on vacation so Mike Roberts covered.

This was brutal. Holy shit. Way harder than Eric's class, but also Mike picked on me specifically and modified the workout to include some cardio and to make it runner-weakness specific. Everything above was done in supersets of stairs + bear crawl, pull-ups + push-ups + banded ankle walks, pikes + triple threat, . Mike said no rest but then let me take a quick breather and drink between supersets. Woah.

I definitely want to keep this stuff in my back pocket for some lifting on my own and possibly with the high schoolers if I have the chance to throw a wrench at them some time.
