Easy aerobic tempo. Did this Daniels style with 200s before and after which was interesting. I was pretty tired all day so didn't expect this to feel great, and no plot twist: it didn't. Started out a little quick and then settled, in, changed directions 2800m in because I was almost halfway through. Right calf was getting tight at the end.
