More climbing than I remembered, plus running the "hiking" section of trail, plus acting as the sweep to make sure all the kids got back to the vans made this a slow run. I was a little bummed that the kids took the time to climb around the rocks near the waterfall when we specifically asked them not to and to just turn around when they got to the top, but the timing ended up working fine anyway.
