Wanted some dirt on the way home after a long day (5:55am - 4:45pm due to deviation training and dose audit mapping) at work. Felt pretty good starting out but also really tired. Not tired-from-running tired, just -all-the-juice-squeezed-out-of-me-from-work tired. Achilles got a bit worse toward the end which had me frustrated and feeling like I'd regressed significantly from a couple weeks ago. I feel like I'm still doing the PT really well so I don't know what needs to change. Maybe better warm-ups, myrtl? More or different PT? Yesterday was a sharper pain than today, but this ain't gonna do the trick.
