RHR was back down and I felt good all day so I went for the workout. These tempo/threshold reps each week have been feeling pretty good and leaving me feeling stronger. I've done this before, but a tempo workout each week just feels right so I think I'll keep that going this summer. I'll probably want to do a little more volume as the summer goes on but this is good for now as I try to get a couple of quality race weekends in.
