4x (200m, 200m, 400m) at R pace with equal distance recovery jog

Standard Daniels stuff here. Thought it would be harder, especially the 400s but I was just ahead of 36/72 on average. Stomach wasn't great going in and got worse through the workout to the point that I had to stop running, walk over to the Mobil station to use their bathroom and then head back to the track to do the final set. I think that's a first for me and I'm not sure what did it this morning. Probably just that 2.5 hours wasn't enough time after breakfast.

Ran in the adios to see how they felt compared to my other flats and on the first rep pretty much knew this would be my last run in them. These flats are toast!
