Another pretty good workout with Austin... This could be the beginning of a beautiful friendship! <3
He did 20 minutes continuous while I did 1600s with one lap "off." My legs were feeling a bit battered by the end of this and when I started the last rep I wasn't super confident, but after about a lap I figured I could cruise through with a bit of focus. I actually lost a couple of seconds in the last 200m, I was more relaxed than I should have been but had already banked some time.
Big confidence boost here, this was challenging but felt controlled and fluid all the way through.
