Some tempo miles around the old neighborhood. Plan was to run 6 minute pace and work down to 5:40 by the end, but I think the 200s before revved me up so my first mile was 5:35. From there I just wanted to maintain tempo effort which I think I did well. After a 5:36 for mile 2 I made an effort to relax and ran a couple 5:42s and then some extra to hit 24 minutes.

I wasn't sure how this would go since my foot was slightly sore yesterday ankle my ankle was slightly sore today. What the hell man?? Everything was feeling great before Sunday's long run, which also felt great. Gonna keep the runs pretty chill for a couple days and see what happens.
