Really good workout tonight despite struggling to get out the door. Aim was 5:30-35 but this was probably easier than when I did this 2-3 weeks ago and averaged 5:31. I considered doing another rep or adding 4x200m in 32-33 but decided it was better not to get greedy and I think that was the move. I don't think I've done mile/1600 reps this fast since college maybe, at least not 5 of them. And I was probably in a different kind of shape then, more mid-season than preseason. I tried to let the workout come to me here and run relaxed but strong.

I should probably consider adding a rep the next time around and dialing back to actually 5:30-35. Next week will be continuous tempo I think because that's always tougher than these reps on the track.
