Another Daniels workout. I was looking for 35-36 but a bunch of these were fast. I averaged 4:45 pace for the intervals which is pretty much where I think I am right now so no worries there. This workout looked easy on paper and it really was pretty easy. The easy mile in the middle was interesting, it felt almost like a cooldown but I knew I had to keep going so I tried to keep a good rhythm. I ended up putting my jacket back on for that to stay warm and I think that helped a lot.

Last week I had some ankle and shin soreness toward the end of the workout and I didn't feel that at all today which was great.
