Welllll I accidentally started Daniels a week early so I did this workout again this week. Too excited. Also I started after 8pm again (degenerate).

Starting the warm-up I could feel the long run right away. Not in a bad way, but in a general leg fatigue way. No left achilles soreness and I actually felt super loose jogging over to the track.

The first set of 200s felt like a warmup once again, shooting for 35 even. The 400s were noticeably harder right away but manageable, mostly I tried to stay relaxed through them. The last 2-3 took some focus and I was absolutely feeling the long run again. Once those were over the second set of 200s were super smooth and over really quickly.

I was happy with how this workout went, especially after a long run, especially running faster in the 400s and overall to average 4:43 versus 4:47 last week. Here's hoping I don't get EEE running this late.
