A really pleasant workout with Lucas tonight. 3 miles to warm up, 5x (200, 200, 400m) Daniels style around 38/76 and 2 miles to cool down. I originally wanted a few more miles but then got to run with Lucas and it was going to be super late if I cooled down more, plus that wasn't what my body wanted after the workout. The workout itself went really well though and felt surprisingly comfortable. The track felt crazy soft
