Notes

Eric's class at CMPT. This was tougher than last week with bosu squats, pushups and reverse lunges at one station and slide board lateral lunges, windshield wipers and mountain climbers at another. I really like the slide board stuff. If there is one thing I could have at home for core it would be the slide board I think. It would also be cool to have a few of those for the high schoolers, I'll probably look into it.
