Decided to knock the long run out today because tomorrow is going to be pretty snowy and Liz and I are going to her parents' place in the afternoon. Not sure I ate quite enough today but that didn't end up being an issue. The greenway was a little icey with some shallow puddles turning to black ice over the course of the run so I went as far as I could before it was very icey then went back to the started and repeated the greenway again. I saw the same 2 dudes twice on the greenway as well as some turkeys hanging around and a coyote under the little bridge by the hill. I ran back up to Federal Hill and saw the two guys again and got a laugh when I said "Hey guys long time no see!" Ran over to Dexter Park and did 7-8 laps before easy jogging it back to Liz's. The laps were a little tough by the end because I was going on and off the sidewalk a lot and making a 90 degree turn every 1-2 minutes. I was pretty drained by the end but it's good to have this out of the way.
